About the role

Hotel Arsa Santhi Nusa Penida is seeking a Front Office / Reservation professional to create great guest experiences from reservation through check-out. You will handle reservations across multiple channels, manage guest requests, and ensure exceptional service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Handle reservations through OTA, WhatsApp, email, telephone, and direct booking
• Answer guest inquiries quickly, warmly, and professionally
• Conduct follow-up reservations and increase direct booking conversion
• Manage check-in, check-out, guest requests, and guest needs
• Provide information about the hotel, facilities, activities, and Nusa Penida
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, Driver, and related departments
• Proactively follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction
• Handle guest complaints quickly and professionally
• Help improve positive reviews and ratings on Google and Tripadvisor
• Ensure guest experience meets hotel service standards

About you

• Front Office / Reservation hotel experience is a plus
• Fresh graduates with hospitality mindset welcome to apply
• Able to communicate in English
• Friendly, communicative, confident, and well-presented
• Detail-oriented in handling reservations and administration
• Able to use computers and hotel/OTA applications
• Good problem-solving skills
• Focused on guest satisfaction and service excellence
• Willing to work in Nusa Penida, Bali
