Role & responsibilities

• Reception & Guest Relations: Greet visitors, clients, or hotel guests, issue visitor passes, and maintain a tidy reception area.
• Call & Mail Handling: Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls, take messages, and manage physical or electronic mail/correspondence.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Book and confirm appointments, manage executive or meeting room calendars, and coordinate event logistics.
• Administrative & Clerical Support: Perform data entry, maintain digital and physical filing systems, photocopy, scan documents, and order office supplies.
• Guest Cycle / Hospitality (if in hotels): Manage room check-ins/check-outs, process reservations, verify ID, and handle special guest requests

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Hotel / Hospitality management, business administration.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in front desk operations, Guest service.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in IDS - familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) or CRM software for hospitality, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), basic office equipment operation (printers, scanners, multi-line phones).
