Foaming Operator 2nd Shift

Schedule and Pay:

Monday-Thursday (With occasional overtime on Fridays) 4:30PM-3AM

$21 base pay + $2.50 shift differential = $23.50 per hour

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to read and understand work orders, written procedures, and instructions
• Determine priority based off work schedule
• Follow all safety rules and wear required PPE
• Equipment start-up, set up and shut down per process
• Visually inspect doors for any damage
• Apply a spray release agent to windows
• Enter correct information into computer to get to correct shot time
• Shoot inside of door/panel using foam gun, filling to specification
• Load doors on platens, operate lift, stack and clean platens after use
• Keep work area clean

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to use common measuring tools.
• Ability to read and understand engineering specifications.
• Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and standards.

PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS

• While performing the job, the employee is required to stand for long periods of time, use hands to lift and carry
• Constant use of hand tools
• Frequently scrape the top and underside of platens.
• Occasionally, employees must be able to team lift, up to a 91-pound door from waist level, and stack from 29 inches- 60 inches high on rollers
• Foam operators will occasionally carry up to a 91-pound door (two person carry), 25 feet.
• Occasionally push carts 40 horizontal force pounds for 50 feet
• Occasional use of foam gun
