Join our dynamic team as a Crew Member and become the friendly face that creates memorable experiences for our guests! In this energetic role, you will be the first point of contact, delivering exceptional customer service while efficiently handling food and beverage orders. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing
• Handle cash transactions confidently, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining accuracy with basic math skills
• Prepare and serve food items according to safety and sanitation standards, ensuring quality presentation
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, adhering to food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
• Assist in managing wait times by coordinating with kitchen staff and communicating effectively with team members
• Rotate between front-of-house (greeting guests, taking orders, serving, register) and back-of-house (food prep, cooking, expo, cleaning) as needed
• Learn our full menu and kitchen systems through hands-on training Jump in wherever the shift needs you — some days more kitchen, some days more floor.
• Willingness to be trained in all stations, front and back

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, for efficient order processing
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices
• Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
• Experience in food preparation, serving, cashiering, or kitchen work is highly desirable
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
