Duties

• Expedite food orders from the kitchen to ensure timely delivery to guests at the drive-through or dining area
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and presentation
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, maintaining high standards of food safety and handling
• Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems for order processing and payments accurately
• Support food service operations by bussing tables, clearing trays, and maintaining cleanliness in the front-of-house area
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly
• Organize and prioritize orders to optimize workflow during busy periods, ensuring guest satisfaction is always a top priority

Skills

• Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments with strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of food preparation, expediting, and food handling best practices
• Ability to communicate clearly with kitchen staff and guests alike; active listening skills are essential
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic numeracy for processing transactions accurately
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple orders efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Understanding of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures
• Previous banquet, hotel, or culinary experience is a plus; serving and bussing experience highly valued
• Excellent communication skills combined with a positive attitude to foster teamwork and guest satisfaction

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
