Front of House Lunch Shift Team Member Job Description:

We are looking for a enthusiastic, growth-minded Team Member to deliver warm, fast, and accurate service to our guests in both our Front Counter and Drive-Thru operations.

An ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable rotating through various positions, including order taking at the counter, face-to-face ordering in the Drive-Thru lane (ipads/iPOS), cash meal fulfillment, and window delivery. Your main responsibilities include providing attentive and courteous service, processing payments accurately, and working alongside a supportive team to ensure every guest leaves delighted.

Our Team Members are the heart of our restaurant and must embody our commitment to hospitality, excellence, and teamwork. Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic are paramount to helping us maintain our high standard of service.

Responsibilities as a Front of House Lunch Shift Team Member:

• Delivering \Remark\able customer service with genuine hospitality (saying \My pleasure!)
• Managing transactions efficiently while ensuring accurate order taking and pricing
• Reading back and confirming guest orders for accuracy
• Accepting payments and providing receipts in both the front counter and drive-thru lanes
• Bagging fresh, high-quality food orders with care
• Welcoming guests warmly and serving them with a signature \My Pleasure\ attitude
• Operating POS systems accurately at the front counter and outdoors in the drive-thru (iPOS)
• Serving in drive-thru positions, including face-to-face order taking, outside cash collection, meal delivery (runner), and window service
• Verifying order accuracy, bagging food properly, and handing out completed meals efficiently
• Balancing cash drawers and managing accurate transaction records
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization across the front counter, dining room, and drive-thru areas
• Resolving guest concerns swiftly with kindness and care

Job Requirements:

• A positive, servant-hearted attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions for drive-thru operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills and comfort operating POS/iPad technology
• Ability to follow health, safety, and operational standards closely
