FOH Manager

Job Summary

KYMA WEST PALM BEACH is seeking an experienced, professional, and guest-focused FOH Manager to oversee front-of-house operations and help deliver an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate will lead the service team, maintain high standards for hospitality and service, coordinate daily operations, and ensure the restaurant runs efficiently during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations and service
• Lead, train, coach, and support front-of-house team members
• Maintain high standards of guest service, hospitality, and professionalism
• Coordinate dining room flow, reservations, seating, and service timing
• Monitor service quality and address guest requests or concerns professionally
• Assist with staff scheduling, shift assignments, and coverage
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate daily service priorities
• Work closely with kitchen and management teams to coordinate smooth operations
• Monitor table service, order accuracy, food presentation, and beverage service
• Support POS operations and ensure accurate payment procedures
• Monitor inventory and front-of-house supplies as needed
• Ensure dining areas, service stations, and host areas remain clean and organized
• Follow food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and company procedures
• Support responsible alcohol-service practices where applicable
• Assist the team during high-volume service periods
• Complete opening and closing procedures as assigned
• Prepare or review shift reports and communicate operational issues to management
• Perform other duties assigned by restaurant management

Requirements

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or front-of-house management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and team-management skills
• Excellent guest-service and communication skills
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Experience with POS systems and restaurant operations
• Ability to handle guest concerns calmly and professionally
• Strong attention to detail and service quality
• Reliable, punctual, and professional work ethic
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Preferred Skills

• FOH management or restaurant supervisor experience
• Fine dining, upscale dining, or high-volume restaurant experience
• Staff training and development experience
• Knowledge of reservations and dining-room operations
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Inventory and cost-control knowledge
• Ability to multitask during busy service periods
• Strong knowledge of hospitality standards
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
