FOH Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and restaurant management, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires effective leadership skills to manage staff, ensure smooth operations, and maintain high standards of service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front-of-house staff, including training, and scheduling team members.
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies.
• Manage the POS system for accurate order processing and payment handling.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area to enhance guest experience.
• Implement marketing strategies to promote catering services and special events.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, policies, and performance expectations.

Experience

• Previous experience in a management role
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and catering services is an asset.
• Experience with bartending is beneficial but not required.
• Proven ability to manage shifts effectively while maintaining high standards of hospitality.
• Familiarity with POS systems and their operation is essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective team leadership.
• A background in hospitality management or related fields will be highly regarded.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49,444.00 - $56,949.00 per year
