FOH Manager

Waldmann Brewery, a St. Paul Business Awards honoree and recipient of numerous other accolades for restoring the City’s oldest commercial building and its only surviving Civil War saloon, is in its tenth year (and thriving!) of re-envisioning Waldmann’s original 1850s saloon an independent, craft-focused, German-themed lager brewery and restaurant in the heart of St. Paul’s diverse, eclectic and booming West 7th Street neighborhood. The FOH Manager is a core member of Waldmann’s management team. They report to the General Manager, and leads the FOH to perform to their full potential, continuously monitoring the guest experience, supporting FOH staff through periods of high service demand, training and scheduling FOH staff, implementing opening, closing and deep-cleaning lists, and co-leading regular FOH meetings. Most of all, the FOH Manager fosters a culture of collaboration, open communication and mutual respect, in an atmosphere of positivity, hard work and fun.
Qualifications include:

• 3 years or more restaurant manager or supervisor experience
• Two professional references
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required
• Fluency with POS systems
• Proficiency with costing and budgeting labor
• Have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service
• Safe Serve Certification

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
