FOH Manager

Role Overview:

The Front of House (FOH) Manager is responsible for overseeing audience-facing operations and ensuring a seamless guest experience during performances and events. This role involves managing front of house staff, audience services, and venue readiness while maintaining high standards of hospitality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Front of House operations during events and performances.
• Supervise ushers and FOH personnel.
• Ensure smooth audience admission, seating, and customer service.
• Liaise with venue, ticketing, and production teams.
• Maintain venue safety and operational standards.

Requirements:

• Experience in events, theatre, hospitality, or customer service.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Customer-focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.

This is a casual hire position engaged based on show and event requirements, with working hours scheduled according to production needs. 🎭
