Your Role: As part of our team, you’ll work closely with the General Manager to oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring our guests enjoy the best service possible. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Team Leadership: Guide, coach, and inspire our staff to uphold our high standards.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain safety and food quality standards, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with all policies.
• Guest Experience: Ensure every guest leaves with a smile, thanks to your exceptional service and attention to detail.
• Staff Development: Interview, hire, train, supervise, and develop front-of-house staff to be the best in the business.
• Communication: Keep the team informed with pre-shift and departmental meetings, sharing important updates and changes.
• Budget Management: Handle restaurant orders within budget, ensuring efficiency without compromising quality.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3 years in restaurant management.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; business or industry training preferred.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Professionalism: A neat, clean, and professional appearance aligned with our standards.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and walk throughout the shift.
• Reach, bend, climb steps, and stoop.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs, placing items on low and high shelves.

• Salary: Starting at $50,000 per year, based on experience.
