• A passion for customer service and a strong dedication to showcasing Marlborough wines and culture
• A resilient nature with strong problem solving skills and a keen attention to detail
• Hunger to learn about our technology - a transferable skill later on
• Team player mentality, with strong personal leadership
• A Duty Manager certificate is highly advantageous
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and school holidays, especially during the summer
