FOH Server

Position Overview

The FOH Server is responsible for delivering excellent customer service by welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service – Greet customers warmly, provide menus, and answer questions about offerings.
• Order Management – Accurately take and relay orders to the kitchen/bar, ensuring timely service.
• Food & Beverage Service – Serve items professionally, maintaining café standards for presentation and quality.
• Cleanliness & Organization – Maintain tidy tables, dining areas, and service stations.
• Payment Handling – Process bills, handle cash/card transactions, and issue receipts correctly.
• Team Collaboration – Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Customer Satisfaction – Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to enhance their experience.

Qualifications

• Experience – Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Skills – Strong communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
• Appearance – Neat, professional presentation aligned with café standards.
