FOH Server

We are seeking professional, personable Servers who thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service to all guests
• Greet guests promptly and guide them through the menu, cocktails, and specials
• Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders
• Maintain table appearance throughout the meal (clearing, resetting, refilling)
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues professionally
• Collaborate with bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
• Follow all food safety, alcohol service, and sanitation standards
• Uphold The Barrel Club’s service standards and brand values

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred (but we are willing to train the right candidate)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Knowledge or interest in food, cocktails, wine, or whiskey is a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Must meet local age requirements for alcohol service

• Evening and weekend availability required
