Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing outstanding service and support in a fast-paced environment. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and have a keen interest in the culinary arts.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Assist guests with menu selections, providing detailed information about food and beverages.
• Ensure food safety standards are adhered to during food preparation and service.
• Support kitchen staff with food preparation tasks as needed, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
• Handle basic maths for processing payments and managing transactions accurately.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience while maximising sales opportunities.
• Maintain a tidy and organised front of house area, ensuring all equipment is clean and in good working order.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred but not essential.
• Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing payments effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
• Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services and satisfaction.
• A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.

Full time hours availability - must be available for shifts covering noon - 22.00

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.00-£13.00 per hour
