Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers is looking for our next Front of House Customer Service Superstar to join the family at GGB Caloundra!

About the Role

• Casual position
• Mixture of day, night, and weekend shifts
• Flexible roster and availability required
• Immediate start for training

• Happy to jump in wherever needed, including cleaning, food prep, restocking, and supporting the team

• Reliable, punctual, and proactive
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
• Experience in restaurants, QSR, hospitality, or retail is a bonus, but not essential

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable guest experience
• Taking orders and handling transactions
• Assisting with food preparation and service during busy periods
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant
• Supporting the kitchen and wider team wherever needed
• Following food safety and hygiene procedures
• Bringing positive energy and enthusiasm to every shift
