We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our team.

This is a key role within La Dolce Vita, helping to lead the front-of-house team and make sure every customer receives a warm, professional and memorable experience.

THE ROLE

• Supervising and supporting the front-of-house team
• Welcoming guests and providing excellent customer service
• Managing the restaurant floor during busy services
• Taking bookings and assisting with customer enquiries
• Ensuring tables and the restaurant are presented to a high standard
• Supporting the team with service, coffees, bakery and drinks
• Working closely with the kitchen and bakery teams
• Handling customer feedback professionally
• Helping with opening and closing procedures
• Supporting the management team with the smooth running of daily operations
