St. Louis Bar & Grill is looking for an energetic, guest-focused Front of House Supervisor to help lead our team in Shediac. If you're passionate about hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy leading by example, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Lead by example and help create an outstanding guest experience every shift.
• Support and coach our front-of-house team to deliver legendary service.
• Assist the General Manager with the day-to-day operation of the restaurant.
• Ensure smooth service while maintaining St. Louis' high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality.
• Help recruit, train, motivate, and develop team members.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented workplace culture.
• Help achieve sales, labour, and guest satisfaction goals.

What We're Looking For

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety Certification is considered an asset.
