FOH Supervisor

Alforno seeks an FOH Supervisor to lead their team in Eau Claire. Alforno offers house-made pastries, meals, and drinks, emphasizing quality. The role involves training, scheduling, coaching staff, monitoring performance, and addressing issues. The Supervisor position encompasses opening and closing duties, contributing to Alforno's efficient operation and customer satisfaction.

What are the duties to perform:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the food services industry.
• 2 years of direct work experience in a supervisory capacity an asset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• This role involves delivering high-level customer service, accurate order-taking, and maintaining menu knowledge
• Motivated and creative team player
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
• Work individually and as part of a team
• High level of integrity and work ethic
