We’re looking for confident, energetic FOH Supervisors to join our Sydney teams.

This role sits at the centre of service.

You’ll support the Store Manager, lead shifts from the floor and help make sure every part of the customer experience feels organised, warm and effortless — even when the venue is moving at full pace.

We’re looking for someone who notices what needs doing and acts on it.

As FOH Supervisor, you will:

• Lead the FOH team through busy daily service
• Set the pace and standard for warm, attentive hospitality
• Support the Store Manager with daily operations
• Coach and develop team members on shift
• Maintain smooth service across tills, floor, coffee and takeaway
• Drive sales through strong product knowledge and genuine recommendations
• Ensure exceptional presentation of our pastries, bread and retail products
• Support opening and closing procedures
• Help manage breaks, floor positioning and service flow
• Respond to customer feedback and solve problems quickly
• Uphold AP’s service behaviours, systems and brand values
• Help create a positive, accountable team culture

You are:

• Experienced in a busy café, bakery, restaurant or hospitality environment
• Ideally experienced in a supervisor, shift leader or senior FOH role
• Confident leading people during high-volume service
• Naturally warm, personable and comfortable engaging with customers
• Strong at communicating clearly with a team
• Calm under pressure and able to make quick decisions
• Reliable, organised and proactive
• Someone who notices the details rather than walking past them
• Passionate about great food, coffee and hospitality

Barista or specialty coffee experience is a bonus.

Pay: $35.00 – $41.00 per hour
