FOH Support Coordinator

MINT Glens Falls is hiring: Host & Dining Room Support

We’re looking for someone with restaurant experience who loves a busy Friday and Saturday dinner service. You’ll welcome and seat guests, answer the phone, manage reservations, run food, clear tables, and notice where the team needs help next!

The right person is friendly, an empath, warm, dependable, quick on their feet, and able to stay calm and kind while juggling several things at once. You’ll be moving throughout the shift, with your attention on guests and teammates (rather than your phone -no cell phone allowed during shift)!

Friday and Saturday nights | $14/hour plus server tip-out (50-80?)

We keep our look simple and our focus on the guests. Since this role involves handling food and clearing tables, short, tidy nails work best!! We also ask our team to go no perfume!

Please read the role carefully and ask yourself whether it genuinely sounds like you. We’re looking for someone who enjoys this kind of work and can show up consistently.

Days off require a 2 week notice! If this excited you and sounds like a natural fit, we’d love to hear from you!! (Could expand to four nights but now it's every Friday and Saturday)

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 15.0 per week

Benefits:

• Employee discount

Work Location: In person
