FOH Support Staff / Food Runner / Barback

Relentless Brewing & Spirits is looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking Front of House Support Staff member to join our team. This is a versatile position that helps keep the restaurant and bar running smoothly by supporting our bartenders and servers while also being one of the first faces our guests see when they arrive.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, working as part of a team, and interacting with guests. You’ll move between food running, barbacking, greeting and seating guests, bussing and resetting tables, and assisting wherever the front of house needs support.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Seat guests and help manage the flow of the dining room
• Run food and drinks to tables quickly and accurately
• Clear, clean, and reset tables
• Keep water stations, service areas, and FOH supplies stocked
• Assist bartenders with glassware, ice, beer, supplies, and general barback duties
• Help maintain a clean and organized bar and dining room
• Communicate with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to keep service running smoothly
• Assist with opening, closing, and side-work duties
• Step in wherever needed during busy shifts

What we’re looking for:

Someone who is dependable, punctual, positive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant and brewery environment. You should be able to take direction, notice what needs to be done without always being asked, and understand that great service is a team effort.

Restaurant experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and great attitude.

Applicants should be comfortable being on their feet for extended periods, carrying food and supplies, lifting approximately 30–40 lbs., and working nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

This is a great position for someone looking to gain experience in restaurant service, bartending, or hospitality while learning multiple areas of front-of-house operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or guest relations is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and friendly phone etiquette to engage with guests both in person and over the phone.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of food handling, safety practices, and beverage preparation techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn about craft beers and customer service best practices.

Pay: $18.42 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
