Duties

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations and uphold food safety standards
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Manage guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure an overall positive experience
• Support opening and closing procedures, including setting up tables, restocking supplies, and completing shift reports

Skills

• Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant settings with a focus on guest services
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures
• Experience in serving, taking orders, and delivering excellent customer service
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
• Effective time management to handle busy service periods efficiently
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining guest satisfaction
