Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service from the moment they arrive until they leave
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems and communicate effectively with kitchen staff
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Assist with food safety practices, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Manage guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure overall satisfaction
• Support food preparation tasks as needed to ensure timely service during busy periods

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential
• Knowledge of serving techniques, food safety standards, and basic food preparation skills
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or orders efficiently during peak hours
• Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for billing and transactions
• Kitchen experience or culinary background is a plus but not mandatory
• Reliable team player with good communication skills and a willingness to learn
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed

Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
