Pay: £12.72 p/h for over 21 - £11 p/h under 21

About Us:

We are launching a brand-new, independent taproom destination at Capital & Centric’s landmark development, The Goods Yard, right next to Stoke station. We are all about good beers, homemade burgers, and welcoming, relaxed vibes. We are building a team from scratch to create the ultimate local hangout for residents, commuters, and beer lovers alike.

The Role:

As the welcoming face of our taproom, you’ll be doing a bit of everything—pouring pints, running food, chatting with customers, and keeping the place looking great. We are looking for friendly, reliable people who genuinely enjoy interacting with people and working as a team.

What you’ll do:

• Welcome customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks with a smile.
• Learn about our rotating craft beer selection to help customers find a drink they love.
• Keep the bar, floor, and outdoor seating areas clean, tidy, and looking sharp.
• Work together with the kitchen and bar crew to keep the good vibes going.

What we’re looking for:

• A friendly, outgoing personality—you naturally make people feel welcome.
• Great reliability and flexibility with evening/weekend shifts.
• A reliable, team-first attitude.
• Previous bar or floor experience is a bonus, but a great attitude is what matters most.

Benefits:

• Flexible shifts around your life.
• Work in a brand-new, design-led independent venue.
• Great team perks, fun environment, and plenty of beer education.
