Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, creating a welcoming and positive first impression
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen and bar staff
• Serve food and beverages with professionalism, maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Assist in food safety practices, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities
• Manage guest inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly to ensure a delightful experience
• Support food preparation tasks as needed, including assembling orders and maintaining station cleanliness
• Handle basic math calculations for billing, payments, and change accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized front-of-house area to uphold health standards and operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
• Strong guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
• Ability to perform food preparation tasks with attention to detail
• Good time management skills to handle busy service periods smoothly
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
• Experience with serving or bartending is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
