FOH Team Member (weekend part-time)

About Us:

Four Seasons Chinese Restaurant founded in Queensway, London in 1996. We are renowned across the UK for authentic Cantonese cuisine, famous for our signature roast duck, crispy pork belly, and rich Cantonese barbecue flavours.

Little Four Seasons Oxford opened in 2023, is our fast-casual concept that is the first location outside London. We strive to offer our guests authentic Cantonese food served with warmth in a modern, friendly dining atmosphere.

About the role

We are seeking an reliable Front-of-House Team Member to join us during our busiest weekend peak periods.

This is a flexible part-time role offering up to 3 days per week, with a primary focus on weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday). Candidates who are available weekends only are highly encouraged to apply. Whether you have previous restaurant experience or are looking to start your career, we welcome team member who are passionate about food.

About you

• Previous experience in a hospitality role is beneficial (training provided)
• Friendly, well-mannered, and honest individual
• Positive attitude, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Available to work on weekends and bank holiday (preferred)
• Understanding of Chinese culture (preferred)
• Cantonese/Mandarin speaker (preferred)

Key duties (including but not limited)

• Warmly greet customers, take orders at counter, persent customer's order, and deliver great service
• Process customer orders and payments accurately through the POS system
• Package takeaway orders and manage delivery platforms smoothly
• Assist with restocking supplies, loading stock into storeroom, and maintaining restaurant general cleaning (including toilet)
• Work closely with colleagues to maintain fast and smooth operation

Working pattern

• 3 days per week (weekend only availability welcomed)
• 11:30am-9:30pm (an hour unpaid break time included)
