Four Seasons Chinese Restaurant founded in Queensway, London in 1996. We are renowned across the UK for authentic Cantonese cuisine, famous for our signature roast duck, crispy pork belly, and rich Cantonese barbecue flavours.

This December, we are thrilled to open our newest location – Little Four Seasons Nine Elms! Bringing our vibrant, casual concept to one of London’s most exciting new riverside developments, we strive to offer our customers authentic Cantonese flavours served with warmth in a modern, friendly dining atmosphere.

About the role

We are seeking friendly and customer-focused full-time Front-of-House Team Members to join our pre-opening team ahead of our grand opening in December 2026. As the face of Little Four Seasons Nine Elms, you will play a vital role in creating welcoming, high-quality dining experiences from day one.

*Initial workplace: Training will take place at Wardour Street branch, working hours will be varying during training section.

About you

• Previous working experience in restaurant role.
• Responsible and well-mannered individual.
• Positive attitude, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Available to work on weekends and bank holiday (preferred).
• Understanding of Chinese culture.
• Ability to speak Cantonese/Mandarin (preferred).

Working pattern

• 4-5 days per week (to be confirmed)
• 40-45 hours per week (to be confirmed)

Key duties (including but not limited)

• Greet customer promptly upon arrival, assist with seating, and present menus with a professional manner.
• Serve dishes and drinks to tables promptly, accurately, and according to service standards.
• Process customer orders accurately through the POS system.
• Monitor tables throughout the dining to check customer satisfaction.
• Present bill to customer and process payments accurately, ensuring correct bill handling.
• Ensure the dining room, service stations, and floor areas remain clean, organised, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Pack and hand takeaway orders to delivery partner and/or customer.
• Maintain the restaurant general cleaning, including toilet.

Processes

• Job AD close: This is an ongoing recruitment until right individual is found; applications will be reviewing on a weekly basis.
• Preferred start date: Successful candidate may begin as soon as possible for training session takes place at our Wardour Street branch.

Pay: £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week
