FOH/Barista

About the role

You'll be part of the front-of-house team at Good Luck Bagels, a new heritage-inspired bagel bakery in Singapore. This is a full-time position where you'll be responsible for preparing coffee and beverages, taking orders and serving customers, operating POS and handling payments, packing takeaway and delivery orders, keeping the front counter and service area clean and organised, providing warm and friendly service to every customer, assisting with simple food preparation and plating when needed, restocking and maintaining FOH supplies, and helping the team wherever needed during busy periods.

Key responsibilities

• Preparing coffee and beverages
• Taking orders and serving customers
• Operating POS and handling payments
• Packing takeaway and delivery orders
• Keeping the front counter and service area clean and organised
• Providing warm, friendly service to every customer
• Assisting with simple food preparation and plating when needed
• Restocking and maintaining FOH supplies
• Helping the team wherever needed during busy periods

About you

• Friendly, approachable and confident with customers
• Responsible, punctual and dependable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently and as part of a small team
• Has a good eye for cleanliness and presentation
• Willing to learn and take initiative
• Passionate about coffee, food and hospitality
• Barista, café, bakery or F&B experience preferred
• Singaporeans/PR only
