Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in a warehouse environment. This role involves assembling, fabricating, and packaging products while ensuring quality standards are met. The Operator will work with various hand tools and may operate forklifts as needed to facilitate the production process.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently to meet production goals.
• Assemble components and products according to specifications.
• Fabricate parts as required, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Package finished products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in a warehouse setting.
• Familiarity with assembly processes and fabrication techniques.
• Experience operating forklifts is preferred; certification is a plus.
• Proficient in using hand tools for various tasks.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift and move materials as required by the role.
