Are you a great communicator who enjoys helping customers make informed decisions? Join our team as a Follow-up Coordinator (Inside Sales)! Your main goal will be to help customers understand the value of moving forward with their estimates, and how our proposed work will improve their system or fixture for the long run.

What You'll Do

• Connect with customers and follow up on open estimates and leads within 48 hours.
• Make outbound calls to discuss project details and answer questions in a friendly, helpful way.
• Explain how recommended services or upgrades will benefit their system, adding value for the future.
• Build trust and strong relationships by listening and clearly communicating solutions.
• Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to keep everything running smoothly.
• Keep accurate notes about your follow-ups and client conversations using our CRM system.
• Spot opportunities to suggest additional relevant services for customers' needs.
• Contribute ideas and strategies in team meetings.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

What You'll Need

• Required:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to explain technical or service details in simple, relatable terms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and as a team member.
  • Comfort using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite, or a willingness to learn.
• Preferred:
  • Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Experience with follow-up strategies or lead management.
  • Background in the service, maintenance, or home improvement industry is a plus.
