About the Role

We’re seeking a Casual Food & Beverage All-Rounder to join our friendly front-of-house team. If you love fast-paced café environments, enjoy engaging with customers, and have a knack for multitasking with a smile, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers with warmth and professionalism
• Craft exceptional coffee with consistent quality
• Take orders accurately and operate POS systems
• Deliver food and beverages to tables with attention to detail
• Clear tables, maintain cleanliness, and support overall café presentation
• Assist with basic food prep and takeaway packaging as needed
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and barista teams to ensure smooth service

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting
• Weekend availability is essential
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Well-presented, punctual, and reliable
