Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders to kitchen and bar staff
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring presentation and quality standards are met
• Assist with food preparation tasks, including assembling dishes and maintaining cleanliness in the service area
• Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Follow all food safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is highly desirable
• Knowledge of serving techniques, food safety standards, and basic food preparation skills
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or orders efficiently
• Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for billing and order accuracy
• Kitchen or culinary experience is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
