Mantra Bunbury is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendants (Waiters/Waitresses) to join our team. Training will be provided. Casual shifts are available across Breakfast service and/or Restaurant & Functions – let us know your availability!

What you’ll do:

• Provide friendly, professional service to guests across breakfast, restaurant, and function settings
• Maintain a clean, well-presented dining environment
• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high standards of service
• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver meals and drinks, ensuring presentation standards are maintained
• Assist in setting, clearing, and resetting tables
• Support event and function service, including setup and pack down

What we’re looking for:

• Previous hospitality experience preferred
• A genuine passion for food, wine, and guest service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexibly across mornings, evenings, weekends, and functions
• Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate
