FOOD AND BEVERAGE EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the daily operations of assigned F&B outlets, restaurant, and banquet functions.
• Ensure outlets and function areas are properly prepared, clean, well-presented, and ready for service.
• Assist in coordinating and executing banquets, events, functions, and special occasions according to event requirements.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and smooth food and beverage service.
• Maintain high standards of guest service and respond professionally to guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints.
• Supervise and guide F&B service staff during daily operations, peak periods, and events.
• Assist in manpower deployment, staff briefings, scheduling, and monitoring of staff performance and grooming standards.
• Ensure all team members comply with established SOPs, service standards, hygiene requirements, and safety procedures.
• Support upselling initiatives, promotions, and other activities to increase F&B revenue.
• Assist in monitoring daily sales, stock usage, operational supplies, and wastage.
• Assist in controlling labour and operating costs through effective manpower and resource utilisation.
• Monitor the condition and proper usage of F&B equipment and report maintenance requirements promptly.
• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are carried out for assigned outlets.
• Maintain accurate operational records, checklists, and reports as required.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of resort operations and guest services.
