Leading the guest-facing floor across the Golden Sala, Treville Bistro, in-villa dining at any hour, and full-property private buyouts. Service here is personal, anticipatory, and quietly precise. This is a hands-on role for someone who leads from the floor, not the office.
- Minimum five years as Assistant F&B Manager or three years as F&B Manager at a luxury hotel, resort, or fine-dining establishment.
- A strong beverage, wine and cocktail foundation; sommelier training is an advantage.
- Experienced in private dining and events for discerning clientele.
- Fluent in English and strong working Thai.
- Hands-on, warm, self-motivated, a natural team player with strong leadership and a controlled temper.
- Pre-opening experience is an advantage.
