Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced F&B Manager to manage and drive the operational performance of multiple QSR/F&B outlets. The candidate will be responsible for restaurant operations, team management, customer experience, sales growth, cost control, food quality, and compliance with corporate brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of QSR/F&B outlets and ensure smooth functioning.
• Drive sales, revenue, profitability and operational targets.
• Monitor outlet KPIs including sales, average order value, food cost, labour cost, wastage and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety, hygiene and quality standards.
• Manage manpower planning, recruitment, training, rostering and performance evaluation.
• Lead and motivate Restaurant Managers, Shift Managers and outlet teams.
• Monitor food preparation, portion control, inventory and wastage.
• Ensure proper stock management, procurement coordination and FIFO/FEFO practices.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints effectively.
• Conduct regular outlet audits and identify areas for operational improvement.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Purchase, Supply Chain, HR, Finance and Marketing teams.
• Implement corporate promotions, new product launches and marketing initiatives at outlet level.
• Maintain proper documentation, MIS reports and operational dashboards.
• Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, FSSAI, fire safety, hygiene and company policies.
• Identify opportunities for improving productivity, reducing costs and increasing profitability.
• Support new outlet openings, setup, manpower deployment and operational readiness.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching to improve service standards.

Required Skills

• Strong QSR / Restaurant Operations knowledge.
• Excellent team leadership and people-management skills.
• Strong understanding of food cost, labour cost and P&L.
• Sales and business development orientation.
• Knowledge of inventory management and wastage control.
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple outlets and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good MS Office / Excel and MIS reporting skills.

Qualification

Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage or related field preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in QSR, Restaurant Chain, Caf, Food Court or Corporate Hospitality Brand.
• Candidates from established QSR / Restaurant chains or multi-outlet F&B operations will be preferred.
• Should have experience managing multiple outlets / large teams.
• Strong commercial understanding with hands-on operational exposure.
• Willingness to travel between outlets as required.
