Food and Beverage Manager

Job Summary

Max’s Brasserie is seeking an experienced, organized, and dependable Food and Beverage Manager to oversee food and beverage operations, lead the service team, and maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food and beverage operations and service activities
• Supervise, train, and support food and beverage team members
• Provide excellent customer service and handle guest concerns professionally
• Manage staff schedules, assignments, and daily operational priorities
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards
• Coordinate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and management
• Monitor inventory, supplies, purchasing, and stock levels
• Assist with budget management, cost control, and waste reduction
• Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming dining and service areas
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace standards

Requirements

• Previous Food and Beverage Manager or hospitality management experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
• Strong teamwork, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
