Food and Beverage Server

Overview:

We are seeking a responsible, team-oriented person to join our team. As a Server, you play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and have fun while working.

Duties:

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items and specials
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
• Promote daily specials
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal
• Process payments using cash register/Jartrek POS system
• Handle cash and other payment transactions (gift cards)
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
• Bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests

Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
• Basic math skills for accurate order taking and payment processing
• Experience with Jartrek or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred
• Cash handling experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• RAMP certification is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $6.50 - $9.00 per hour
