Food and Beverage Server

Core Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Welcome guests warmly and ensure a positive, attentive dining experience.
• Orders & Upselling: Take accurate POS orders, master the menu, and actively upsell specials and beverages.
• Coordination: Partner with the kitchen for timely delivery and manage dietary requests.
• Upkeep & Support: Keep the dining room clean through prompt bussing, restocking, and teamwork during peak rushes.

Requirements

• Experience: 1+ years in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Skills: Strong communication and effective upselling abilities.
• Attributes: Punctual, reliable, fast-paced, and quick to learn menus.
• Availability: Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
