Food and Beverage Server

Job Responsibilities:

• Clean and set up the indoor and outdoor dining area, wipe tables, and chairs, mop floors, and clean windows.
• Clean the restrooms and maintain the restroom’s cleanliness the entire day.
• Make sure the dining area is always clean and free of water spillage or food on the floor and tables.
• Prepare water for the customers.
• Take note of customer and order number and coordinate with the kitchen for the orders of the customers.
• Servers are more a part of the dining experience, offering suggestions and recommendations, assist customer on their order.
• Servers should be able to take and address customer complaints or escalate it to the manager.
• Always make sure that there is a serving spoon or fork per dish especially if it is a big group. Give small plates if food is for sharing. Prepare utensils with the plates.
• Always ask the customer if they are done with their plates before bussing out the dishes. If they are done, buss out the dishes so that the table is always clean and empty.

Staffed Hours:

• 8-10 hour shifts / Flexible shift
• Possibility of rotational shift
• Staffed hours are subject to change based on season and scheduled events.
• Availability to work within operating hours (including weekends and holidays) in San Fernando, Pampanga

Job Qualifications:

• Passionate about food and coffee
• At least high-school level
• Must possess good verbal and written communication skills
• Delivers exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
• Can multi-task, detail oriented and highly organized
• With pleasing and can-do personality
• Able to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
• Punctual, professional, and reliable team player
• Enthusiasm to develop skills and knowledge
• Able to work unsupervised and deliver quality work
• Adaptable to change and willing to embrace new ideas and processes
• Prior work experience is a plus

Pay: Php12,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
