Food and Beverage Server

JOB RESPONSIBILITY – Bar Server

• Serve Food and Beverages – Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as food items, in accordance with the company's service standards.
• Take Customer Orders – Greet guests courteously, accurately take food and beverage orders while ensuring all special requests and modifications are communicated correctly.
• Deliver Orders Promptly – Efficiently deliver food and beverages to the correct guests, verify order accuracy before serving, and ensure guests receive their orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide Excellent Customer Service – Deliver exceptional hospitality by anticipating guests' needs, responding promptly to requests, and addressing inquiries or concerns professionally.
• Process Billing and Payments – Prepare accurate customer bills, present them professionally, and ensure all payments are properly recorded according to company procedures.
• Maintain Cleanliness and Organization – Keep assigned tables, service stations, dining areas, and workspaces clean, organized, and fully stocked before, during, and after each shift. Set up tables and replenish service supplies to ensure operational readiness.
• Support Bar Operations – Assist bartenders by restocking beverages, glassware, garnishes, ice, and other bar supplies, preparing ingredients as needed, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Maintain Product Knowledge – Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the menu, beverage selections, signature cocktails, promotions, and daily specials to confidently answer guest inquiries and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Ensure Responsible Alcohol Service – Comply with all company policies and applicable laws regarding the responsible service of alcoholic beverages.
• Promote Sales and Upselling – Identify opportunities to recommend premium beverages, signature cocktails, food pairings, desserts, and promotional items to enhance the guest experience while contributing to outlet sales and revenue goals.
• Coordinate with Team Members – Work closely with bartenders, kitchen staff, cashiers, and supervisors to ensure smooth service operations, timely order preparation, and effective communication throughout each shift.
• Follow Company Standards – Adhere to all company policies, food safety and sanitation standards, workplace health and safety regulations, grooming standards, and service procedures while maintaining a professional appearance and attitude.
• Perform Other Duties – Carry out additional duties and responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor, Outlet Manager, or Management to support the efficient operation of the outlet.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
