Food and Beverage Server

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Food and Beverage Server to join our dynamic team. Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, courteous service throughout their visit
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
• Handle cash transactions and perform cashiering duties with accuracy and integrity
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
• Assist in food preparation or kitchen tasks as needed to support smooth operations
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas, tables, and dining spaces in accordance with sanitation standards
• Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables while providing attentive guest services
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Ability to handle food safely and adhere to sanitation standards
• Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
• Experience with food handling, food safety, and food preparation is advantageous
• Familiarity with the food industry, restaurant operations, and guest services is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

Pay: $17.95-$26.68 per hour
