• Thoroughly wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools to uphold health standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations.
• Organize and store clean items in designated areas for easy access by staff.
• Follow safety procedures and proper handling techniques to prevent accidents or contamination.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes during busy service periods.
• Support the overall cleanliness of the kitchen environment by disposing of waste and maintaining sanitary conditions.

Experience

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
• Familiarity with basic food preparation, cooking, or kitchen operations is a plus.
• Experience working in a hotel or culinary setting can enhance your understanding of hospitality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential.
