Food & Beverage Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field is preferred.
• With relevant experience in Food & Beverage operations or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, sanitation, and customer service.
• With proven ability to supervise, train, and motivate staff.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues professionally.
• Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and basic reporting.
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be organized, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

Pay: Php18,000.00 per month
