What they need

Daytime hours, with no evenings or weekends. Join a premium private chef service in Richmond (a 5-minute walk from the station), preparing bespoke, nutrition-led meals for a small number of high-profile clients.

About us

Eat Good Group is a London private chef service that creates bespoke, nutrition-led weekly meal programmes for a small number of clients, including founders, professional athletes and executives. We build every dish around the client's goals. We're growing, and we need a skilled, reliable pair of hands in the kitchen.

What you'll be doing

  • Setting up and preparing containers for each client's order
  • Prepping ingredients: washing, peeling, chopping and portioning
  • Following recipes and portion specifications accurately
  • Plating, packing, labelling and organising finished meals
  • Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and compliant with food hygiene standards
  • Helping maintain consistent quality as production grows

Hours

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7-hour shifts starting between 6:00 and 7:00 am (14 hours per week).

Who we're looking for

  • Essential: previous experience in professional kitchen or food production environment
  • Kitchen trained, with a Level 2 Food Hygiene & Safety for Catering certificate completed within the last 3 years (Level 3 preferred)
  • Punctual and reliable, because our clients' deliveries depend on it
  • Fast and well organised, with strong attention to detail
  • A quick learner who can work independently once trained
  • Discreet and professional

Why join us

  • Daytime hours only, finished by early afternoon, with no evenings or weekends
  • Fixed, predictable shifts on Tuesdays and Thursdays
  • A chance to learn how premium, nutrition-led meals are built
  • A small, growing business with scope for more hours and responsibility
  • A part-time contracted role, starting on a temporary basis with a real possibility of becoming permanent

To apply
We’re looking for someone who can start as soon as possible. Send your CV, a few lines about your kitchen or food production experience, and a copy of your food hygiene certificate. We'll invite shortlisted candidates to a paid trial shift. You must have the right to work in the UK.

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
