FOOD CHECKER

About the role

As a Food Checker at the Makati (Sports) Club, Inc., you will play a crucial role in collecting and recording of all unused order slips every end of the shift and monitor its  movements and check series used. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of chits and order slips to determine missing and unsigned chits and unaccounted order slips.

What you'll be doing

• Perform regular inspections and prepares chits for signature of members.

• Monitor and records issuance of order slips.

• Compares and attached duplicate copy of orders slips to the originals to check accuracy or order slips.

• Prepare daily abstract of sales

• Perform other  duties as may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior

• We're looking for

• A degree or certification in Financial Management or management graduate or a related field

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar food safety or quality assurance role, preferably in a food service or hospitality environment

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and address potential food safety risks

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to quickly resolve any food safety issues that may arise

• Effective communication skills to collaborate with the culinary team and provide clear instructions to staff
