Job Summary

Sullivan's Steakhouse is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Food Preparation Associate to join our kitchen team. In this role, you will assist with preparing fresh ingredients, maintaining food quality standards, and supporting daily kitchen operations to ensure an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and portion ingredients according to recipes and kitchen standards.
• Wash, peel, chop, and organize food items for daily service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized food preparation area.
• Restock ingredients and kitchen supplies as needed.
• Assist cooks with meal preparation during busy shifts.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Help with receiving and storing food deliveries properly.
• Support opening and closing kitchen duties.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen, food prep, or restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
