Food Prep/Cashier/Customer Service

(We may have 1 morning shift on the weekend)
Workdays: weekdays and weekend shifts needed (you will do both)
Workday will be 4-5 Days a week!

Be part of the Surf Brothers Teriyaki team in ENCINITAS. We are looking to hire a long-term and right candidate for our fast pace restaurant. The candidate must be a self-starter, customer service-oriented, honest, and possess great communication skills. The position is part-time with full-time potential depending on work performance; Weekends Are a MUST.

Qualifications:
 Reliable
 Attention to detail
 Customer-first Attitude/should be comfortable speaking to customers.
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
 Bilingual (not required)
 Open availability
 Restaurant Experience preferred but not required
 Ability to work in sync with coworkers to ensure good service

Primary duties:

 Wash Dishes
 Greet Customers as soon as they come into the restaurant
 Make meals

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
 Clean/maintain the Lobby
 Keep Restroom Stocked and clean
 Clean and sanitize daily-use utensils and equipment
 Restocking lids, cups, hot sauce, napkins, etc.
 Inspects each plate to make sure the meat is not burnt and Quality food is served
 Any other duties assigned by the store Manager

NOTE: JOB STARTS AT $17.40 an hour and we receive about $4-$5 tips per hour which makes the amount come to about $21-$22 per hour.
