Food Processing Worker

Operate food processing equipment and machinery as per standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Prepare raw materials for processing (e.g. washing, cutting, mixing)

Monitor production processes and adjust settings to maintain quality and efficiency

Inspect raw and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards

Pack, label, and store finished goods according to specifications

Maintain a clean and safe work environment following food safety regulations (e.g. GMP, HACCP)

Report equipment malfunctions or product issues to the supervisor

Follow all workplace health and safety regulations

Assist with cleaning and sanitizing work areas and machinery

Complete production logs and reports accurately

Job Requirements

Minimum secondary education or equivalent.

Prior experience in food manufacturing or food processing is an advantage.

Basic understanding of food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety practices.

Able to operate food processing equipment and machinery, with on-the-job training provided where necessary.

Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and handle materials as required.

Able to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and supervisors’ directions.

Meticulous, responsible, and able to maintain product quality and cleanliness standards.

Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.

Willing to work overtime, weekends, or public holidays when required.
